Monthly Practice Integration Circle
A free monthly Zoom space for shared learning and real-world integration.
The Circle is a facilitated conversation space for health coaches, coaching students, and clinicians, emerging or seasoned, who want to better understand and apply the foundations of behaviour change in practice.
Not a lecture. Not a Q&A.
A reflective, peer-informed space for exploring real experiences, common challenges, and the practical work of integrating coaching skills into everyday client and patient care.
Curiosity and openness welcome. No need to have all the answers.
I'm Anna Tubina, PhD.
I design and facilitate the Health Coaching Diploma Program core curriculum at McMaster University's School of Continuing Studies, where I've trained hundreds of emerging coaches. I'm a Functional Medicine Health Coach, a Change Management Professional, and I'm completing my National Board Certification in coaching.
Through Health Coaching Done Right, I work directly with healthcare teams and emerging coaches to develop the mindset, language, and implementation tools that change how practitioners show up, and how clients actually respond.
The most effective health coaches aren't just technically skilled. They're deeply attuned to the human being in front of them. That attunement isn't accidental. It's teachable. And it's what separates practitioners who inform from practitioners who transform.
