Medical Consultation Scene

Your patients know what they should do.
And they're not doing it.

That's not an information problem. It's a behaviour change problem, and your team is exhausted trying to solve it the wrong way.

Lifestyle change - diet, exercise, movement, sleep hygiene, active stress management - is the most foundational medicine your team prescribes and educates patients on. It's also the one patients consistently fail to take.

The problem isn't that your patients don't understand. The problem is that understanding doesn't change behaviour. Skilled conversations do.

I train patient-facing clinical teams in evidence-based behaviour change skills. Not some theory to file away. Practiced and applied skills that change how your clinicians show up in the room, and how patients respond.

What Changes When Your Team Members Master Behaviour Change Skills

When clinicians stop trying to persuade and start learning to coach, the room changes.

  • Less time spent on one-sided effort. More on partnership.

  • Less burnout from carrying the weight of patients' choices.

  • More rapport. More trust. More follow-through.

Behaviour change that holds, not compliance for the next appointment.

It's the integrative model for more effective medicine and healthcare. The behavioural science is clear: information delivery alone fails. Skilled behaviour change conversations work. Most clinical training never teaches the second.

That's the gap I close.

Custom Training for Clinical Teams

I work directly with patient-facing clinical teams to design and deliver training tailored to your specific patient population, your team's existing skills, and your operational reality.

Every engagement is custom. The shape depends on what your team needs.

All formats are designed with input from your clinical leadership and approved by program supervisors before delivery.

Business Presentation Scene

1

Workshops and workshop series

Focused training in specific skills: motivational interviewing, behaviour change conversation frameworks, applied coaching skills for the clinical setting, coaching assessments, coaching exercises, etc. Half-day, full-day, or multi-session formats.

2

Multi-week training programs

A structured program, typically delivered across multiple weeks,  that takes a team through a full arc: theory, practice, live feedback, and integration into clinical work.

3

Ongoing supervision and team coaching

For teams that have completed training and want continued support as skills move into daily practice. Regular sessions, case-based learning, and individualized feedback.

How We'd Work Together

Every engagement starts with a conversation.

1. Discovery call. A 45-minute conversation about your team, your patient population, and the gaps you're trying to close. No commitment.

2. Scoping. Based on the discovery, I propose an approach: format, content, duration, and investment. Customized to your team's specific needs.

3. Leadership review. Programs are designed in partnership with your clinical leadership and approved by supervisors before delivery begins.

4. Delivery. Workshop, program, or ongoing supervision, delivered live and tailored to your team.
